Overview

SIDEARM Sports, a leader in the collegiate athletics digital industry, is actively seeking a Junior Ad Operations Trafficker to join our existing team and use Google's DFP ad serving system for trafficking digital advertising campaigns across the SIDEARM network of Athletic Websites, mobile apps and mobile web. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of ad trafficking or Google Analytics experience who is a self-starter with a desire to understand the online advertising industry. The role requires a strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.

Most offices are filled with employees that excitedly talk about the big play in the game from the night before, and ours at SIDEARM is no different. While we discuss the game, however, we also write the software that distributes that same news across the internet and social platforms, calculates the statistics for the game, live streams and archives the video and audio clips so that fans that missed it can watch it later. Responsibilities

  • Traffic and QA all ad campaigns across the Learfield network of sites, using Google DFP
  • Conduct daily QA of active campaigns
  • Gather screenshots of all campaigns at launch
  • Manage and organize delivery of all assets & tags against strict deadlines
  • Generate delivery reports for campaigns trafficked to Google DFP
  • Work with our design and development teams to create sponsor-focused content for their digital platform

Qualifications

  • Interest in digital ad advertising and content creation
  • Familiarity with third party ad servers, such as DFP, DART, Atlas, OpenX, etc. is helpful but not required
  • MS Excel skills or knowledge
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects at a time against strict deadlines
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics
