Overview

The eCommerce Creative Specialist is responsible for the development and management of creative collateral related to our client’s eCommerce sites. The eCommerce Creative Specialist is primarily responsible for the facilitation, creation and modification of interactive seat maps (which includes but is not limited to: new map submissions, creative detail modification and management of the PYO copy tool). The eCommerce Creative Specialist is also responsible for HTML cases pertaining to various web development updates and enhancements, as well as creative support (which includes but is not limited to: PAH template design, light box creation, image refinement, etc.). The eCommerce Creative Specialist provides supporting collateral that enhances the strategy provided by the eCommerce Operations team. The eCommerce Creative Specialist coordinates research and testing scenarios with the Paciolan web development and technical services departments.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and design collateral to support the online strategies designated by the eCommerce Operations team, which could include, but are not limited to the following:

Map image refinement, case creation and facilitation of updates

Coordinating delegated HTML changes and testing to ensure accurate implementation

      • Print at home template creation or modification
      • All eVenue imaging implementation
      • Creation of banner advertisement
      • Website redesign mock-up creation

 

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience with image authoring tools:
    • Photoshop
    • Illustrator
    • Indesign
  • Experience and understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML, JSON and SVG.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

  • Required:
    • An undergraduate degree from an accredited college
