Paciolan is seeking a driven, high energy Director of College Athletics with a passion for the College Athletics industry. The role of the Director of College Athletics is to manage a territory to grow revenue, profit margin and direct all sales efforts. This is a great role for an experienced salesperson who knows how to independently work a territory to build a book of business and create long lasting relationships. Key responsibilities will include directing all pre- and post-sales activities with the goal of obtaining long-term business and increasing market share. Additionally a preferred candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding quota / financial goals and experience conducting sales presentations to Athletic Directors and Senior College Athletic Department Administrators. The client focus for this position will be working within all facets of College Athletics and the University Market. This is a high profile role within the organization, with direct access to company executives, and input on services and product development. This role reports directly to the VP of Sales.
