  • Various game day event management (pre-game, in-game, and post-game) responsibilities
  • Mandatory to work home football and basketball games
  • Coordination of promotional and game day activations, including execution of client promotions and corporate hospitality functions. 
  • Responsible for obtaining proof of performance photos during each home football, basketball, and other sporting events.
  • Work in tandem with the Miami marketing and promotions personnel as well as the sales staff each week 
  • Assist the Partnership Services Team with tracking and implementation of new inventory for the football and basketball seasons (signage, tickets, digital ads, print)
  • Assist sales staff with development of proposals and marketing plans for new and renewal clients
  • Work with the Partnership Services Team throughout the year to create partnership recaps/year-in-review presentations for all Miami corporate sponsors


  • Prior experience with sports organization, collegiate athletics, sports marketing or event planning/activation is preferred
  • Academic curriculum in sports business, operations, marketing, management, etc. is preferred 
  • Other critical characteristics include the ability to perform assigned duties with limited supervision; exhibit ability to manage various projects at the same time, communicate effectively, especially in written
