Overview

The Account Assistant at TicketsWest is a team player who touches a wide variety of projects in our Denver office. The primary focus of this important role is to ensure equipment in our extensive outlet network is running smoothly, and that outlet agents are well informed and properly trained. The successful candidate will have working knowledge of ticket printers and computer maintenance, and must be exceptionally detail oriented. In addition to regular outlet maintenance and communications, the Account Assistant serves as primary support to the Account Management team to assist with event builds.

Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for extensive regional outlet network.
  • Develop and maintain monthly informational documents and distribute to outlet network.
  • Develop and coordinate engaging and effective training programs with outlet network.
  • Create accurate and detailed client settlements and invoices.
  • Serve as regional clerical liaison to corporate accounting and accounts payable.
  • Maintain, repair, and manage inventory of all outlet equipment.
  • Assist Sr. Account Managers & Account Managers with event builds, client correspondence, presentations, and reporting.
  • Build, manage, and maintain events in the ticket system.
  • Responsible for on-sale coordination with internal and external business partners.
  • Develop monthly on call schedules for account managers considering travel, business, and personal schedules of the account team.
  • Manage inventory of general office supplies, envelopes, ticket stock, postage, etc.
  • Serve as a resource to complete special major projects.
  • Perform various additional duties as needed

 

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:

  • Excellent technical problem solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with devout attention to detail and accuracy a must.
  • Knowledge of computerized ticketing.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environmnet and remain calm, focuses and productive.
  • Team player with innate ability to communicate effectively with diverse team of co-workers and supervisors.
  • Ability to read, write and communicate effectively with co-workkers and patrons.

 

LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES REQUIRED:

 

  • Bachelor’s or associate’s degree. Equivalent relevant work experience in a related field may substitute for education requirements.
  • Valid Driver’s License
