Overview

This is a senior marketing position that specializes in digital advertising, search marketing and analytics, executing and evaluating client performance marketing programs and reviewing digital properties to identify successes and recommend improvements. This position will work with the Director of Marketing Services, other members of the digital media team, and sales.

Responsibilities

Strategic and Successful Digital Campaign Implementation

  • Plan, develop, and implement successful search engine marketing, digital display, video, and social marketing campaigns and SEO for a dedicated list of clients to drive optimal campaign results
  • Analyze, monitor, and recommend digital campaigns tailored for each client

 

      • Optimize campaigns based on best practices, budget and performance
      • Deliver weekly client summary including campaign analysis, trends, and recommended strategy
  • Manage coordinated campaign efforts between Marketing, Client Partners, Ecommerce Operations and clients

Digital Media Procurement

 

  • Manage the development and implementation of annual marketing goals, objectives, policies and priorities
  • Conduct research projects related to performance analytics (KPIs) through deep understanding of analytics

Client Education and Presentation

  • Manage client meetings to educate clients on industry trends, best practices, campaign performance, and new services and opportunities
  • Create and present client educational case studies and whitepapers

Team Management

  • Prepare and execute project management duties and tasks among team members
  • Manage a team of digital marketing specialist to achieve goals and objectives
  • Facilitate positive career path and team growth opportunities
  • Motivate and encourage team to work with other departments to execute strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business or other related field preferred
  • Google Adwords and Google Analytics experience and certification preferred
  • Experience executing campaigns via DoubleClick is preferred
  • Experience managing online advertising campaigns in an agency setting is a plus
