As a Sr. Agile Coach, you may have started as a developer, a product owner or a project manager and found yourself motivated by collaboration or facilitation. In this role you will be the catalyst to enable software delivery teams adopt agile and lean best practices and bring cross-functional teams together to innovate and solve amazing problems.  You must be assertive, have a positive attitude and enthusiastic about Agile practices.


What you’ll do

  • Dive deep and get in the trenches with a team to help the team while eliminating waste and continuous improvement; as well as organizational agile growth and adoption.
  • Pull out and look strategically across the organization to move the company as whole towards solid LEAN Agile processes.
  • Inspire innovative thinking amongst teams.
  • Mentor multiple delivery teams on agile and lean industry best practices.
  • Assess when a team is in trouble, and work with the team to course correct as necessary.
  • Foster open and honest feedback and collaboration.
  • Reduce waste in delivering software products.


What to bring

  • 5+ years of project, product, or technical leadership in a software development environment.   
  • 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Lean Coach with a proven track record of Lean methodology implementation and process.   
  • Expertise in Agile Management tools such as Jira.   
  • Strong experience in Kanban, design thinking, Scrum and XP.
  • Deep tool box of Lean and Agile processes, including inceptions, estimation, story slicing, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.   
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.   
  • Experience in B2B and B2C, continuous delivery, and team transformation is desired.

An Extra “Awesome”

  • Scrum Coach or Scrum Professional Certification
  • Experience coaching at product organizations of ~100 people in size.
  • Experience in a true software product company.
