Paciolan is seeking an enthusiastic, driven and high-energy Managing Director of Performing Arts who will share that passion for client service and enjoy working in a high profile role, in collaboration with company executives and ownership. The Managing Director of Performing Arts will build long lasting client relationships, nurture current business, cultivate new business, have significant input on services and product development and will thrive in and promote Paciolan’s culture of “building the team, growing the company and having fun!”


What you will do…

  • Develop long term business and increase market share by successfully directing all pre- and post-sales activities
  • Exercise your talent for management by taking ownership of the overall planning, development, implementation and budgeting for a designated territory
  • Enhance market position, territory coverage and achievement of goals by developing short and long range plans and strategies
  • Contact new Major Accounts and conduct sales presentations with the goal of qualifying, negotiating and closing new and additional business.
  • Manage complex sales cycles by effectively utilizing resources, shepherding the contract process and negotiating and closing the deal at the executive level
  • Build strong relationships through regular contact with key personnel at customer sites within designated sales territory
  • Maintain coordination with Marketing Programs, Product Marketing and Marketing Communications in matters relating to sales and account management practices
  • Collaborate across the organization to achieve company goals
  • Effectively utilize automation tools for accurate reporting purposes
  • Live and breathe the Performing Arts and Entertainment industry and have fun!


What you will bring…

  • BS of BA Degree in Business, marketing or related field
  • Successful history of closing deals while building strong client relationships
  • Experience with selling complex software solutions
  • Solid track record of account management and retention
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated collaborative and interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Proven track record of exhibiting excellent leadership skills
  • Managerial expertise in planning, organizing and decision-making
  • Self-starting capabilities with ability to work effectively under minimal supervision
  • A well-rounded business sense
  • Availability to travel 30 – 50%
