The team at SIDEARM provides the technology platform that powers the official websites, mobile apps, statistical integration, live audio and video streaming, and e-commerce platforms of more than 1,000 collegiate athletic partners across the nation.

We’re a passionate mix of technologists, creatives, and strategists that care deeply about the products we create, and the people we create them for. We stand at the intersection of sports and technology, and are constantly innovating and evolving our products to deeply integrate the industries and provide exceptional products for our partners and their fans.

We're fortunate enough to be trusted by some of the biggest brands in the industry, including 250 NCAA Division I programs, and over 40 of the 65 Power 5 athletic departments.
We are actively accepting applications for a Product Manager, Streaming Services to join our Streaming Services team. In this role, you’ll focus on providing best-in-class live audio and video streaming support for over 25,000 live streams across the collegiate landscape.

Our Ideal candidate
You are a superb communicator. You’ll need to be a confident communicator that is able to control a conversation, and be able to translate technical details to a non-technical audience.

You are eager to learn. We’d love for you to have expert level exposure to the technology that powers video streaming, but it’s not an absolute requirement. We acknowledge that our environment is very specific and unique to our company, so you’ll need to be extremely comfortable with technology in general, and be ready and willing to learn from the moment you’re hired.

You are a problem solver. No two streaming problems are ever the same and there are dozens of ways in which a live video stream can be produced and distributed. You’ll have to be able to think on your feet to quickly troubleshoot and solve problems in mere minutes in a high-stress, high-reward environment.

You have a positive attitude. The needs of the live video streaming world can be demanding at times. You’ll be able to juggle competing priorities while maintaining a positive and forward-thinking outlook.

You are a leader, but also a team player. You’ll be comfortable getting your hands dirty and helping our clients directly, but you’ll also be the day-to-day contact of our team of 20-plus streaming specialists who all have one unified goal at day’s end: providing a great experience for fans and streaming partners alike.

You are accountable. SIDEARM is a team of various talents and responsibilities, all working together to build products that connect with our clients and fans. Every member of our team works cohesively to solve problems and complete the task at hand.
