The Partnership Management team will have four core responsibilities that apply to the National Sales Department: Activation, Problem Solving, Customer Retention and Revenue Growth. This professional will be responsible for all fulfillment and activation elements of select National Sales clients. Projects and tasks will pertain to sponsorships sold at Learfield’s properties across the country. The Partnership Specialist will act as the fulfillment liaison between national clients and property personnel, at up to 130 schools, to ensure a successful partnership. This position will manage and develop all action plans and recaps for their selected clients. Ideal candidate will be a strong communicator that is detailed, personable, strategic, thorough, creative and an effective multi-tasker – able to work with multiple clients and properties simultaneously.


Support National Sales on the Post-Sales Team
▪ Function as part of the activation arm of National Sales for their clients
▪ Develop, alongside their manager, plans for retention and revenue growth for each account
▪ Create action plans and recaps as needed
▪ Problem solve, as a team, solutions for challenges that may arise throughout the planning, activation and renewal process

Manage the fulfillment of contractual elements for select National Sales sponsors
▪ Serve as an extension of National Sales with the properties for fulfillment/execution
▪ Account management will vary from sole ownership to more of a team approach for specific accounts
▪ Attend designated renewal and recap meetings with national seller and client (via phone or in-person)

Advise team on client relations and retention for designated accounts
▪ Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders
▪ Regularly check in with clients on status of their sponsorship and proactively approach all renewals prior to contractual end date
▪ Focus on proof of performance, ROI reports and other touch points throughout the year
▪ Help coordinate client-focused events/outings

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3+ years client service/account management experience
• Previous experience in the sports industry preferred
• Computer: Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Computer: General Photoshop experience is a plus, but not required

• Ability to identify issues, problem solve, and provide follow through
• Detail oriented and organized
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Understanding of client relations/management role
• Proactively responsive to clients’ needs
• Ability to take initiative, have flexibility and be resourceful
