In complete collaboration with the university, this team is committed to extending the affinity of the Cardinals' brand to businesses and corporations of all sizes looking to align with the undeniably loyal and passionate collegiate sports fan base. As exclusive multimedia rights holder for the University of Louisville, Louisville Sports Properties manages all aspects of the rights relationship, providing corporate partners both traditional and new media opportunities with the Cardinals in which to bolster their own brand and garner maximum exposure through inventory such as venue signage; event sponsorships and promotion; corporate hospitality; television and digital engagement and visibility via the official athletics website; and radio game broadcasts and coaches’ shows. 


Learfield is actively seeking a Coordinator - Partnership Services to work from Louisville, KY, for Louisville Sports Properties (LSP). Our Coordinators are essential to Learfield and our properties’ success. We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the LSP team. The goal is to execute partnership elements to ensure an enjoyable Game Day experience for the LSP team, partners and Louisville fans. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment and have prior sales support experience, we want to meet you! This dual-function role possesses both sales and coordination responsibilities which include, but are not limited to, the following:


Summary: Manages day-to-day account management, activation and contract fulfillment for assigned corporate partners with goal of successfully providing partners next level service, brand expertise and sponsorship insights.


  • Responsible for overall day-to-day account management including contract activation and fulfillment and strategic direction for assigned corporate partners
  • Initiate and maintain regular contact with client and/or client’s agency, developing strong professional relationships.
  • Accountable for retention as well as upsell opportunities for select existing partnerships including developing new platforms, realigning objectives and assets and drafting all necessary presentation materials.
  • Deliver data-driven retention strategies to engage, upsell, retain and win back clients. Operationalize this strategy into direct communication campaigns to increase engagement and revenue.
  • Assist with optimization of direct communications strategies across segments (including email, mobile messaging, newsletters, blogs, events, web, and social media) in order to share compelling client experiences, drive deeper engagement with the UofL brand and contact, reduce attrition and increase revenue.
  • Assists with logistics of partner tickets, suites, sponsor trips and special events
  • Assist with creation and implementation of partnership events, including networking forums, Town Halls, hospitality on game days, corporate sponsorship summits, etc.
  • Manage POP (Proof of Performances) for sponsorship elements


Work with Operations Team on the following:

  • Manage all major deliverables (i.e. signage, print, promotional, entertainment elements, etc.) to ensure quality standards and that client expectations are met
  • Coordinate the implementation of branding and activations during University of Louisville game days and other stadium events including digital signage, in-game features and fan engagement activations
  • Reviews promotional concepts, including evaluation and approval of promotional programs, rules, artwork, and in-market supporting media. Coordinates all these aspects internally and externally
  • Liaise with internal departments and to ensure communication is streamlined, department inventory is given to sales leads and activations and promotions are run seamlessly that are controlled by the department
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by Leadership


  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in business, sports administration, marketing, advertising or other related field 
  • Must be able to work 40+ hours per week including home games and select special events (nights, weekends and select holidays)
