We are actively seeking candidates for the position of Manager-Talent Acquisition based out of the Learfield Corporate office in Plano, TX. This person will work with the Vice President-Talent Acquisition and team to identify, interview, evaluate and hire high quality professional and management-level candidates while advancing the Learfield brand across numerous markets and professional communities. This role will also assist in guiding hiring managers and candidates through the Learfield selection process. This individual will build and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates and the community. Successful candidates must be able to proactively develop and nurture passive talent pools in order to execute the near and long-term recruiting vision at Learfield.
