This position will be responsible for leading key members of the Partnership Solutions team to drive incremental revenue for Learfield National Sales. The role is critical in leading the development of marketing platforms, architecting integrated sales programs, spearheading presentations, leading research, pricing and planning initiatives. Projects and tasks will be central to marketing, multi-media and asset procurement across 130+ Learfield properties. This leadership role is critical in managing minimum of two (2) Partnership Solutions Specialists to develop cohesive national and super regional marketing programs. The candidate must be a proven leader, extremely organized, process oriented, analytical, and an effective multi-tasker.


  • Leadership and coaching
    • Lead minimum of two (2) Partnership Solutions Specialists
    • Spearhead development of multi-property, cross-channel marketing programs
    • Work with cross functional teams to build programs (i.e. sales, research, graphics, digital and pricing and planning)
    • Manage request activity and prioritize work load
    • Assist with front lines sales activity (i.e. in-person meetings, conference calls)
    • Collaborate with Partnership Solutions team to share ideas and best practices
    • Support Inside Sales and Campus+ divisions
    • Keep a pulse on industry trends, innovative platforms and emerging media
  • Platform development and execution
    • Lead and consult program development with sales executive
    • Ideate comprehensive scalable platforms for potential sponsors
    • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
    • Understand client challenges, objectives and marketplace trends
    • Communicate solutions, strategies and tactics internally and externally over the phone and in person
    • Think outside of the box and push the envelope to create new inventory and client solutions
    • Lead Partnership Solutions team by developing custom proposals, bringing them to life through:
      • Ideas and concepts
      • Research and metrics
      • Graphics and imagery
  • Research, graphics and pricing and planning
    • Understand, interpret and effectively position data, insights and analytics
    • Be a steward of Learfield and client brand guidelines
    • Work with business intelligence team to leverage appropriate inventory and pricing framework
    • Assess and investigate new and different measurement tools and market research resources



  • Minimum 5+ years agency, client service, sponsorship, marketing and/or multi-media experience
  • Well versed in the media, new media or sports industry
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Knowledge of media metrics including Nielsen Scarborough, Nielsen Sports media valuations, comScore
  • Graphic Design skills in Photoshop and Illustrator a plus
  • Direct managerial experience a plus
