  • Overview

    This position is responsible for supporting the functions of the Partnership Solutions hub of Learfield National Sales. The role is a critical cog in developing marketing platforms, supporting integrated sales programs, building presentation collateral, assisting with research initiatives and tracking inventory. Projects and tasks will be central to marketing, multi-media and asset procurement across 130+ Learfield properties. Individual will implement tactics to support national sales programs that drive incremental revenue. The ideal candidate will be organized, process oriented, analytical, possess strong interpersonal skills and be an effective multi-tasker.


    • Platform development and execution
      • Support sales executives through prospecting and lead generation strategy
      • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
      • Communicate key insights and partnership information internally and externally over the phone and
        in person
      • Ideate comprehensive scalable platforms for potential sponsors 
      • Understand client challenges, objectives and marketplace trends
      • Help the Partnership Solutions Manager by building custom proposals, bringing them to life through:
        • Ideas and concepts
        • Research and metrics
        • Graphics and imagery
      • Deliver holistic solutions to the client
    • Research and analytics
      • Actively support and coordinate efforts around internal research and survey needs
      • Package and position key metrics and data into national partnership packages
      • Assess and investigate new and different measurement tools and market research resources
      • Keep a pulse on industry trends, innovative platforms and emerging media
      • Deliver knowledge, ideas and metrics pertinent to the new media space
    • Miscellaneous
      • Collaborate with our Partnership Solutions team to share ideas and best practices
      • Be proactive with research updates and key research trackers
      • Manage multiple internal documents for our National Sales team
      • Utilize and own our custom mapping software solutions tool
      • Support our Inside Sales team and Campus+ teams



    • Minimum 1-3 years client service, sponsorship, marketing and/or digital ad execution
    • Experience in the media, new media or sports industry preferred
    • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel 
    • Knowledge of media metrics including Nielsen Scarborough, Nielsen Sports media valuations, comScore 
    • Graphic Design skills in Photoshop and Illustrator a plus


    • Ability to identify issues, problem solve, and provide follow through
    • Detail oriented and organized
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Understanding of partnership-client-agency matrix and responsiveness to clients’ needs
    • Ability to take initiative, have flexibility and be resourceful
    • Knowledge of emerging consumer media (digital, mobile, social and interactive media), market and consumer research and brand marketing
