Responsible for providing Campus+ sales support, as well as, university and brand engagement strategies. Also working with National Sales to ensure the Campus+ strategy and value proposition is streamlined in driving incremental revenue for Learfield National Sales. The role is critical in leading the development of Campus+ marketing platforms, architecting integrated campus partnership programs, spearheading presentations, leading research, pricing and planning initiatives, as well as, internal and external communications. Projects and tasks will be central to marketing, multi-media and asset procurement to Campus+ Learfield universities and marquee brands.


This leadership role is critical to supporting both the Campus+ division, as well as, overall Campus+ National Sales initiatives. The candidate must be a proven leader, extremely organized, process oriented, analytical, effective multi-tasker and thought leader.


Leadership Support

  • Work with Campus+ EVP, Campus+ VP of Sales Team, National Sales Team and select General Managers to develop revenue strategies and support for both Universities and Brands
  • Spearhead development of multi-property, cross-channel marketing programs
  • Work with cross functional teams to build programs (i.e. sales, research, graphics, digital and pricing and planning)
  • Manage request activity and prioritize work load
  • Assist with front lines sales activity (i.e. in-person meetings, conference calls)
  • Collaborate with Partnership Solutions team, UPG and General Managers to share ideas and best practices
  • Keep a pulse on industry trends, innovative platforms and emerging media

Platform development and execution

  • Lead and consult program development with sales executive 
  • Ideate comprehensive scalable platforms for potential sponsors 
  • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Understand client challenges, objectives and marketplace trends
  • Communicate solutions, strategies and tactics internally and externally over the phone and in person
  • Think outside of the box and push the envelope to create new inventory and client solutions
  • Lead Partnership Solutions team by developing custom proposals, bringing them to life through:
    • Strategy, ideas and concepts
    • Research and metrics
    • Graphics and imagery

Research, graphics and pricing and planning

  • Understand, interpret and effectively position data, insights and analytics
  • Be a steward of Learfield and client brand guidelines
  • Work with business intelligence team to leverage appropriate inventory and pricing framework
  • Assess and investigate new and different measurement tools and market research resources


  • Work with Learfield Communications/PR division on all external communication efforts – Campus+ university and partnerships announcements, best practices, etc…
  • Manage internal Campus+ communications – providing regular updates to General Managers and VPs on Campus+ business development 



  • Minimum 6+ years agency, client service, sponsorship, marketing and/or multi-media experience
  • Well versed in the media, new media or university/sports industry
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel 
  • Knowledge of media metrics including Nielsen Scarborough, Nielsen Sports media valuations, comScore 
  • Graphic Design skills in Photoshop and Illustrator a plus

  • Knowledge of emerging consumer media (digital, mobile, social and interactive media), market and consumer research and brand marketing
