  • Overview

    The Vice President - Strategic Initiatives delivers project management, analytical insight and implementation support for key organizational projects and initiatives as directed by the Chief Administrative Officer. Acting as an internal consultant, this position will work in collaboration with leaders and departments throughout the company to promote efficiency and effectiveness, maximize financial performance and mitigate risk. In addition, this position will supervise the procurement function and the real estate and facilities functions.

    • Direct and support implementation of special projects.
    • Direct and coordinate work efforts of cross functional teams.
    • Collaborate with leaders and departments to identify opportunities and risks.
    • Perform financial and statistical analysis.
    • Report and present findings in professional manner to leadership review/action.
    • Supervise the procurement function.
    • Supervise the real estate and facilities functions.
    • May perform additional duties as assigned.


    • Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to work in an accurate manner.
    • Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and prioritize duties.
    • Must be able to work well with limited information/data.
    • Strong supervisory skills and ability to develop people and teams.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; Specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to maintain positive and professional attitude at all times.
    • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
    • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred.
    • 5-7+ years related experience.
