  • Overview

    Paciolan is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist (DMS) working out of our Irvine, CA office. The DMS will own the responsibility for the service and support of full service marketing automation clients. The DMS plays a vital role from the start of new client relationships, beginning with business development, all the way through discovery, and strategic planning. The role is also responsive for providing outstanding customer service and support of all day-to-day project details, including campaign set-up and execution, project planning and client communication. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative team environment, and is looking for a role that will utilize their creative, innovative thinking, and excellent problem solving and analytical skills.



    - Establishing & managing professional relationships with client contacts

    - Overseeing all client projects within the marketing automation database

    - Maintaining a primary point-of-contact between client contacts and internal teams

    - Strategic and tactical planning

    - Set-up, deployment, and management of digital marketing campaigns and programs




    - Performance metrics and campaign reporting

    - Maintenance of deployment checklist and best practices

    - Interfacing with software providers

    - Monitoring of support tickets and bugs

    - Idea generation for product/service enhancements and new functionality

    - Documentation for installation and support topics

    - Account responsibility, task, and timeline management


    - Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Marketing or Management Information Systems major preferred

    - Capacity to manage multiple priorities

    - Strong business acumen

    - Experience in marketing automation and CRM, systems

    - Preferred: Working knowledge of SQL and/or working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
