  • Overview

    This is a senior marketing position that will play a lead role in the planning, activation, and optimization of our clients’ programmatic efforts (RTB and paid social) with DoubleClick. This position will work with the Director of Marketing Services, other members of the digital media team, and sales.


    Strategic and Successful Digital Campaign Implementation

    • Serve as the tactical programmatic lead for a number of marketing campaigns with a focus on live entertainment and ticketing
    • Drive the insights generation, set-up, management, and optimization of the paid media campaigns
    • Build strategic recommendations – to elevate conversions and performance marketing goals
    • Analyze and provide consultative direction for clients
    • In concert with other members of the programmatic team, take a “big picture” perspective and seek to maximize our total digital marketing return
    • Plan, develop, and implement successful SEO for a dedicated list of clients to drive optimal results

    Client Education and Presentation

    • Manage client meetings to educate clients on industry trends, best practices, campaign performance, and new services and opportunities
    • Create and present client educational case studies and whitepapers

    Team Management

    • Prepare and execute project management duties and tasks among team members
    • Manage a team of digital marketing specialist to achieve goals and objectives
    • Facilitate positive career path and team growth opportunities
    • Motivate and encourage team to work with other departments to execute strategies


    Required Qualifications:

    • At least 4 years in a hands-on role programmatic campaigns at an agency, marketer, or demand side platform.
    • At least 3-4 years of total marketing experience
    • High attention to detail, top-notch analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
    • Strong grasp of the overall digital marketing ecosystem and the role that paid social and programmatic play within
    • A passion for the entertainment business and a strong understanding of live entertainment
    • Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills (both written and oral)
    • Strong quantitative and analytics skills


    Desirable Skills

    • Experience with or significant exposure to paid or organic search marketing
    • Exposure to offline marketing channels & tactics
    • Google Adwords and Google Analytics experience and certification
