    Here at Learfield, we have a strong belief that sourcing and courting exceptional talent is a marathon, not a sprint!  To that point, this person will have complete ownership over building and managing our sales talent pipeline across the US via our newly acquired  iCIMS Connect CRM.  Through multiple channels, you will identify, screen, and nurture long-term relationships with high quality sales and general management-level prospects across the sports industry, and other sales-related industries.  A wide degree of creativity and engagement is needed to develop and execute our near and long-term recruiting vision.  This person will also be responsible for attending various sports conferences/events to network with and recruit top sales talent. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to combine their passion for talent acquisition with their love of college and professional sports! 

    Responsibilities

    • Develop multi-prong sourcing strategy for all company positions, with an emphasis on multi-media rights sales positions
    • Proactively research and generate new and innovative sourcing channels and strategies
    • Partner with business leaders and internal recruiters to define and generate highly specialized talent pipelines
    • Identify potential candidates through the use of intricate Boolean searches, LinkedIn, user groups, professional and social networking, candidate referrals, networking, web sourcing and the internal ATS
    • Represent Learfield at various industry events and conferences by continually meeting and building relationships with influencers and prospects in relevant industries (sports, sales, etc).
    • Maintain, develop and continually enhance internal CRM (iCIMS Connect): Track candidate history, tag candidates, build knowledge base of individuals, industries and markets.
    • Develop scorecard to track performance results and ensure KPI’s are being met.

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Sports Management, or related discipline preferred
    • Prior sales recruitment/sourcing experience is highly preferred.  Interest in watching/playing sports is a MUST!
    • Likeable, outgoing personality coupled with the ability to establish lasting relationships
    • Strong focus on providing an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately and working with a certain level of ambiguity
    • Experience building out and organizing talent pipelines via recuting CRM such as iCIMS Connect, Avature, SmartRecruit, etc.
    • Strong collaboration skills needed to partner with other members of the recruiting team
    • Ability to innovate and continulously improve existing processes and establish new ones
    • Complete knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite along with a generally savvy to evaluate, learn and leverage new sytems
    • Ability to travel as required (<15%)
