To that point, this person will have complete ownership over building and managing our sales talent pipeline across the US via our newly acquired iCIMS Connect CRM. Through multiple channels, you will identify, screen, and nurture long-term relationships with high quality sales and general management-level prospects across the sports industry, and other sales-related industries. A wide degree of creativity and engagement is needed to develop and execute our near and long-term recruiting vision. This person will also be responsible for attending various sports conferences/events to network with and recruit top sales talent.
