  • Overview

    The Marketing Operations Specialist will assist the Account Manager with fulfilling marketing requests that provide a link between our salesforce (the client) and the entire Integrated Marketing team. The Marketing Operations Specialist will manage work flow updates and traffic all projects on for the account teams. This position will liaise between our respective properties and Account Manager to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to their needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide overall day-to-day service and support of our properties to ensure the effective ideation of sponsor objectives.
    • Work closely with internal teams (Digital, Business Analysts, Training, Regional Operation Managers, etc.) to best meet client needs. The Marketing Operations Specialist must also pitch ideas, develop strategies and demonstrate problem-solving abilities to address client issues.
    • Assume project tracking duties and research assistance.
    • Proactively communicate with Learfield properties/schools daily in a professional, efficient manner.
    • Oversee and maintain internal facing sales resource website and promote it
    • Assist in event planning and execution in support of experiential marketing endeavors.
    • Attend to the needs of the client and continually seek ways to add value to the client-Integrated Marketing relationship.

    Qualifications

    Skills:

     

    Ability to multi-task, maintain accurate record keeping and adhere to project deadlines. Self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude who can work efficiently in a large team setting.

     

    Qualifications:

     

    • Strong knowledge of sports industry, preferred
    • Excellent communication skills
    • High level of organization
    • Detail-oriented
    • Strong work ethic
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent
    • High competency level on computer and software skills compatible with job responsibilities
    • Professional conduct within and outside office while conducting Integrated Marketing business
