The Director of Learfield 365 will act as a communicative and thought leader, and will oversee our efforts to digitally execute the entire sponsorship sales process within our MS Dynamics CRM and Kore Software systems. This role will serve as a system advocate of the highest order, will oversee company-wide system buy-in, adherence, and usage, training (both initial and on-going), the ideation, timing, and rollout of future system enhancements, and development of a Power User “Steering Committee” for input from end users. The person in this chair will also be responsible for implementation of a process for data validation, cleanliness, and maintenance through the Quality Control team. Candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and sufficient experience working in a fast paced, data-driven business strategy environment. This role will be heavily field-facing and service focused, while also leading internal teams. The VP of Sales Acceleration will have oversight and leadership of the position.
