  • Overview

    Learfield Licensing Partners is seeking an entry level Graphic Design Specialist to join our Brand Marketing team, which supports the marketing of licensed products for over 630 colleges and universities. As a designer on the team, you’ll have the opportunity to grow within the company by first assisting in the design of the internal collateral needed by our extensive network of licensees that produce licensed products. During which time you’ll also gain a better understanding of the processes and our industry through various tasks related to our larger campaigns.

    Responsibilities

    •Help in the creation and process of developing and updating of brand standard guides needed by our school partners and manufacturers
    •Work as part of a team in the development of custom & unique creative executions for collegiate brands
    •Support the graphic designers and other positions on design projects related to client communications, social media graphic, in-store/experiential pieces, on-campus materials, and all other mediums and collateral
    •Participate in creative briefings and reviews-- be able to justify the reasons & concepts behind your designs
    •Develop a deep understanding of the Learfield Licensing’s school brands and how to convey its voice, tone and personality visually across mediums

    Qualifications

    •A degree in design or completion/certification from a specialized design school
    •Proficiency in all industry-standard design applications (Adobe CC: PS, AI, ID) on a PC platform
    •An extraordinary attention to detail & the ability to meet aggressive deadlines
    •Strong communication and organizational skills – must be a team player/willing to collaborate with others!
    •Must have strong design, layout and typography skills, digital media, branding
    •Strong technical, organizational and communication skills
    •Ability to accept constructive criticism and leverage it for professional growth
