    Paciolan is seeking a CRM Analyst working out of our Irvine, CA office.  The CRM Analyst will be responsible for implementing, integrating, administering and consulting our sports, entertainment and performing arts clients on Salesforce Sales Cloud.  The ideal candidate will possess the ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative team environment and is looking for a role that will utilize their creative, innovative thinking and excellent problem solving and analytical skills.



    • Implement and configure Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and customize to help achieve ongoing business goals for ticket sales, customer service, development (fundraising) and marketing

    • Train end users (our clients) in the Paciolan Salesforce.com Sales Cloud build to match the appropriate business processes and also be able to identify processes for improvement

    • Ongoing support and consulting to the client portfolio with respect to administering Salesforce.com Sales Cloud ensuring that Salesforce meets the needs of our clients via phone calls and web based training tools (Salesforce administration)

    • Understand the data flow to and from other Paciolan systems as it integrates into Salesforce; be able to understand the mapping of fields and the conceptual data flow

    • Provide training and support for ticket sales, customer service, and marketing on sales and marketing systems and other technology products and solutions introduced to the business

    • Work with other Paciolan departments to ensure the integration with other Paciolan product and processes are maximized and align to our client’s business

    • Ability to learn and use Salesforce.com utilities to assist in the administration of Salesforce.com

    • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

    • Nights & Weekends as needed

    • Extensive travel to train and support (up to 50%) our clients across the US and Canada will be required



    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

    • Strong oral and written communication skills

    • Ability to work comfortably with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook


    • Experience with Salesforce.com Sales Cloud

    • Experience in business operations of a professional sports organization, college athletics department or Performing Arts Center preferably in marketing, sales or technology

    • Experience with Adobe Campaign or other Marketing Automation system

    • Working knowledge of HTML and SQL

    • Experience with database applications such as MS-SQL / MS Access
