  • Overview

    The design arm of the Social Activation Team will directly manage and coordinate the design of creative elements for social solutions within their specified region of Learfield’s Sports Properties. The Designer – Social Activation position will require excellent time management skills, interest in social media/sports/sponsorship, and service-centered customer service skills. This entry level role will report directly to the Manager - Social Activation, Design and will be based in Orem, UT (with the potential to relocate to Plano, TX).

    Responsibilities


    • Ensure that all campaign design and development within region of responsibility are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

    • Ability to maintain service-centered customer service mindset within a fast-paced environment.

    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

    • Easily adjust to changes with project scope, schedule, and cost using appropriate verification methods.

    • Analyze working campaign data and make decisions that positively affect the project performance.

    • Communicate with internal teams (including property staff, designers, project managers, etc.) for the flawless execution of projects.

    • Identify and escalate high severity requests to upper management as needed.

    Qualifications


    • High school diploma/GED, but Bachelor’s Degree in Design or Computer Science is preferred.

    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)

    • Basic coding experience (HTML, CSS, etc.)

    • A creative-minded individual that is motivated to create unique and engaging artwork for a variety of social and digital solutions.

    • Flexibility to get things done in a variety of ways and tight timelines.

    • Meets or exceeds given deadlines.

    • Exceptional communication skills.

    • Ability to work a minimum for 20 hours/week.

    • Ability to maintain a positive attitude while managing artwork revisions and overcoming problems.
