  • Overview

    Learfield is looking for a Digital Graphic Designer ready to expand their existing skills in graphic design. The Digital Graphic Designer would be responsible for interpreting our client’s needs and designing relevant solutions with high visual impact.  S/he will work on a wide variety of digital projects alongside other designers, the Integrated Marketing team, Digital team, Social Activation team and our sales force. 

    Responsibilities

    • Develop graphics for a wide range of sales presentations, including but not limited to: social post mock-ups, landing page mock-ups, and digital game mock-ups (static and animated).
    • Design sold digital pieces, including but not limited to: social graphics and web ads (static and animated).
    • Work with a wide range of media using graphic design software.
    • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts to support client needs.
    • Review designs for errors before publishing or sending off to client.
    • Amend final design mock-ups and gain full approval from Senior Graphic Designer and client.
    • Schedule project implementation and manage timelines.

    Qualifications

    • Preferred BA degree from an accredited college university, preferably in graphic design, motion graphics or similar.
    • Minimum of 1 year graphic design experience.
    • Knowledge with web design processes.
    • Must be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite applicaitons including: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Must be able to demonstrate ability.
    • Knowledge in After Effects preferred.
    • Technical knowledge of producing digital assets for Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and other emerging social media platforms.
    • Able to provide online or pdf portflio of graphic design work.
    • Design versatility and originality.
    • Strong communication skillls.
    • Experience in meeting deadlines and prioritizing projects.
    • Excellent itme management skills.
    • Able to work independently and with a team.
