    We are actively accepting applications for a Senior Business Development Executive to join our business development team. In this role, you’ll focus on ensuring long term company success by creating and maintaining successful business relationships with current and prospective partners. The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for achieving revenue goals, and assisting with revenue projections and pacing for the business development team.

    You are a team player. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated but has the ability to work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure client expectations are clearly defined so that we can meet or exceed those expectations.

    You’re confident in your interpersonal skills. You’ll have the ability to command a room as a dynamic public speaker with strategic credibility, but can also use your analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal/diplomatic skills that lead to productive business relationships.

    You are a collaborator. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and clients in order to achieve desired results, with a focus on improving the whole, not just the parts.

    You are a relationship builder. You understand that the way we represent ourselves is vital to our continued success, and that each relationship has different needs to properly cultivate it. This position may require up to 50% travel to visit our partners.

    You are experienced and respected in our industry. You have 10+ years of sales/business development experience and direct experience within collegiate sports.

    • Knowledge of the college athletic market

       

    • Travel when necessary to meet current and potential customers
