    This position is responsible for understanding eCommerce trends and providing strategic recommendations based on analytics analysis and industry best practices to ensure clients are utilizing the eVenue product to its full potential. This position will be responsible for managing a dedicated list of clients and will work closely with other external groups to ensure that client satisfaction and revenue results are achieved.

    Responsibilities

    • Development and execution of eCommerce strategy for our client’s sites, including usage of existing functionality, new development and integration with 3rd party online products.
    • Advise clients on areas of improvement for their eCommerce sites through analysis of analytics data in conjunction with industry best practices and current business challenges.
    • Work in conjunction with the Client Partner Team to ensure that transactional revenue goals are met and aligned with the company’s goals.
    • Work closely with the Product Management Team to communicate and identify outstanding product needs based on site analysis and client feedback.
    • Oversee projects that require coordination of multiple departments to facilitate eVenue improvements.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree; degree in business, marketing, live entertainment/sports management preferred.
    • At least 4 years ticketing on the Paciolan software solution.
    • Experience with eCommerce practices and trends
    • Team player that possesses a positive, ‘can do’ attitude, who is highly motivated to achieve results.
    • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
    • Strong quantitative and analytics skills.
    • Clear understanding of return on investment (ROI) analysis.
