We are actively accepting applications for a Marketing Manager to join our Sales and Customer Success team. In this role, you’ll focus on managing the communication strategies that SIDEARM uses to connect with our existing partners, potential partners, and B2B strategic partners. You’ll collaborate between our sales, project management, customer support, account management, and leadership teams to actively engage within the collegiate sports industry on SIDEARM’s behalf.
Our Ideal candidate:
You LOVE writing. You enjoy the challenge of being able to relay important messages succinctly and efficiently, and know how to command an audience to take action with your word choice.
You are highly analytical. You’re a self proclaimed data nerd, and love to quantifiably measure the success of your messaging through data-driven metrics, but also continuously fine-tune your target audience.
You’re a sports fan, but also a technologist. We stand at the intersection of sports and technology, and you’ll need to communicate confidently with both of our industries.
You’re “socially” experienced. You’ll be taking over responsibilities of SIDEARM’s social presence, and should have proven experience with developing a social engagement strategy and measuring results.
You are driven, and a self-proclaimed optimist. You’ll spend time strategizing and implementing strategies that will elevate SIDEARM’s brand externally, and will not be dissuaded by all of the details that stand in the way of successfully completing those goals.
You are a fantastic multitasker. You will often be surrounded in competing priorities, and our ideal candidate can determine the difference between urgent and high priority, and act accordingly.
You are a self-starter. You’ll have many internal team members to collaborate with, but you’ll need to be able to take each project from start to completion on your own.
