  • Overview

    The Vice President - Client Relations is responsible for developing and overseeing SIDEARM’s client-facing service delivery departments, which includes all aspects of creative services, project management, and customer support.  


    The Vice President - Client Relations will focus on the continuous improvement of the client experience and the development of internal communication, collaboration, and coordination to improve efficiency and quality of deliverables.  


    In addition, the Vice President is responsible for the management, supervision, direction, and evaluation of assigned direct reports as well as consistently elevating the brand by providing on target solutions to client-facing problems.


    You are a leader. You’ll oversee and lead the team’s client-focused service delivery, and the relationship with the clients during this process. You’ll be a strategic point of contact for all aspects of SIDEARM work and deliverables.

    You’re a problem-solver. You’ll work with internal departments to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of client needs. You will oversee the program across all platforms and lines of business.


    You’re a logistics junky.  You’ll understand that how we do something is a key driver of how well we do something, and you’ll focus on efficiency without sacrificing the quality of the deliverables that SIDEARM is known for.  


    You’re confident in your interpersonal skills.  You’ll have the ability to command a room as a dynamic public speaker with strategic credibility, but can also use your analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal/diplomatic skills to have effective one-on-one conversations that lead to productive work relationships.  


    • 8-10 years of experience leading a client-facing services team
    • Proven experience with customer service methodology
    • Extreme comfort with technology, websites, and mobile devices and apps
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • Experience within the college athletics market

    • Overall growth and development of client services teams.
    • Development of specific plans, initiatives, and approaches to achieve divisional and corporate business objectives
    • Your leadership role in maintaining client relationships, delivering strategy council and troubleshooting client and internal issues
