  • Overview

    The Office Manager will be the primary point-person for general office operations maintenance. This person will primarily sit at the reception desk and be the first contact for visitors, providing a friendly and welcoming experience to Learfield guests! Key responsibilities will also be to partner with various departments and vendors to maintain supplies, manage conference room usage, and assist in ordering food for meetings. Additionally, the Office Manager will lead a small team of Support Assistants and ensure that the front desk of each suite has the resources it needs.


    • Manage the primary Reception desk and ensure that a representative is available to greet clients and visitors during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM), including answering the front desk phone
    • Supplies/Ordering – partner with Procurement to provide and replenish necessary goods and services throughout the office
    • Office Management – support the facilitation of office meetings and events, including the ordering of food
    • Partner with Facilities Manager and building maintenance to provide a safe, clean workspace and ensure compliance with facilities guidelines
    • Manage team of Support Assistants to maintain hospitality standards within each suite and assist various departments with variety of special projects
    • Other responsibilities as required


    • Minimum of 3 years as an Office Manager
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
    • Previous experience managing office supply vendors is highly preferred
    • Technical aptitude with audio/visual conference room equipment required
