    The eCommerce Operations Specialist at Paciolan is responsible for understanding eCommerce trends and providing strategic recommendations based on analytics analysis and industry best practices to ensureclients are utilizing eCommerce platform to its full potential. This position will be responsible for managing a dedicated list of clients and will work closely with other external groups to ensure that client satisfaction and revenue results are achieved. This position will report directly to the Manager of eCommerce Operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute eCommerce strategy for our client’s sites, including usage of existing functionality, new development and integration with 3rd party online products
    • Advise clients on areas of improvement for their eCommerce sites through analysis of analytics data in conjunction with industry best practices and current business challenges
    • Oversee projects that require coordination of multiple departments to facilitate eVenue improvements
    • Work closely with product teams to communicate and identify outstanding product needs based on site analysis and client feedback
    • Assist in rollout of new features and functionality including prioritization, training, resource management, and issue resolution
    • Work in conjunction with the various internal teams to ensure that transactional revenue goals are met and aligned with the company’s goals.
    • Daily participation on strategic client calls discussing current and future initiatives
    • Continue to research and learn eCommerce related items including industry trends, new functionality and new strategies.
    • Collaborate with various team members across departments to promote opportunity and growth

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree; degree in business, marketing, live entertainment/sports management preferred.
    • At least 4 years ticketing on the Paciolan software solution.
    • Experience with eCommerce practices and trends
    • Team player that possesses a positive, ‘can do’ attitude, who is highly motivated to achieve results.
    • Ability to multitask and perform in fast-paced and high stress situations
    • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
    • Strong quantitative and analytics skills.
    • Clear understanding of return on investment (ROI) analysis.
