    Reporting to the Sales Analyst Manager, the Sales Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales related data, with an emphasis on data integrity and overall sales productivity.

    The ideal candidate will provide support for internal and executive customers, and interact with individuals at all levels of the organization, while delivering exceptional customer service. A strong work ethic and value system is a must.

    Responsibilities

    • Collect and integrate large amounts of information from various sources to create both standardized and custom reports for General Managers, Vice Presidents, and Executive Vice Presidents.
    • Provide and manage the design, development and implementation of sales analyses and comparative reports.
    • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of salesforce practices and provide insight into sales representatives' productivity.
    • Work with Finance and Sales reporting teams to ensure consistency, completeness, and integrity in data reporting while utilizing digitalized metrics and CRM dashboards.
    • Provide sales management with performance reporting and Key Performance Indicators.
    • Lead training efforts associated with the CRM reports and dashboards.
    • Generate ad hoc reporting for internal and executive customers.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree and 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field.
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel and Outlook, Microsoft CRM experience is a plus.
    • Tableau experience a plus.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
    • Good organizational skills, strong attention to detail, work well under multiple deadlines, be able to communicate well over the phone, and demonstrate a professional attitude.
    • Ability to work extended and flexible hours is required.
    • Interest in sports.

    Compensation is commensurate with experience.
