    The successful candidate will help the Sales Technology team to maintain existing and create new data-driven reports focused on Learfield IMG College’s business management software. This person will have the ability to present complex data in visually pleasing and easily digestible reports that can be understood by a wide range of resources. This candidate will have strong SQL skills focused on select queries with an emphasis on MS SQL and the ability to learn Amazon Redshift. This individual will be self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, and possess the ability to learn & create new reporting systems and data sources.  This person will have strong problem solving skills, communication skills, a customer service disposition, and enjoy working with others in a team-driven environment.  Finally, support for the overall organization (eg, Finance, Operations, etc.) with ongoing analysis and insights, reporting building, and organizational alignment will be a critical function of this role.


    • Design and implement Tableau-based reports, visualizations and dashboards across Learfield IMG College’s CRM and Data Warehouse products
    • Work closely with leadership at all levels to understand needs and how to translate them to reports and models that create/maintain organizational alignment
    • Design and implement predictive models based on various data sets and product functionality
    • Develop and analyze Key Performance Indicators and metrics for monitoring salesforce efficiency, customer retention probabilities, and potential risks
    • Assist the Sales Technology team with product innovation ideas based on intelligence gathered from organizational needs and recommendations
    • Work with the Sales Technology team to help integrate insights and analytics into Learfield IMG College’s CRM and Data Warehouse software products


    • Bachelor’s degree and 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field.
    • Master’s in Business Analytics Preferred
    • Strong Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and Data Warehouse Technologies
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel and Outlook, Microsoft CRM experience is a plus.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a results oriented approach
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
    • Good organizational skills, strong attention to detail, work well under multiple deadlines, be able to communicate well over the phone, and demonstrate a professional attitude.
    • Ability to work extended and flexible hours is required.
    • Interest in sports.
    • Strong SQL Skills focused on select queries for reports.
      • Clear and concise code, best practices, query efficiency, level of detail, measures, and dimensions.
      • Built-in SQL functions (eg. DateAdd()), data types, table schemas, and variables
      • Manipulating and creating temp tables, views, and stored procedures.
      • The ability to write efficient and sargable scripts to minimize run-time.
    • Report Server
      • Basic knowledge of how SSRS reports are managed on the Report Server in regards to parameter settings and scheduling subscription.
      • Analyzing server error messages produced if report fails.
    • Documentation and in-code Comments –Important so others who may need to work with product and changes understand the purpose of a report and its functions.
