    Position Overview

    ANC is an entrepreneurial, fast-paced company searching for a Human Resources Manager to serve as liaison between ANC and our parent company, Learfield IMG College, as the enterprise builds its HR function to support ANC and the entire enterprise as it scales to sustain significant business growth. The HRM will report to the Vice President – Human Resources for Learfield IMG College and lead ANC’s HR function in partnership with ANC’s CEO and Executive team.

    Responsibilities

    The right candidate will be willing and able to…

    • Lead and serve as the primary HR contact for employees, managers and executive team leaders for HR-provided services such as recruiting, learning and development, performance management, and employee relations for approximately 300 full-time and part-time employees.
    • Oversee and perform full range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, performance management/coaching, talent management, compliance and change management.
    • Guide and develop HR Associate to support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding responsibilities
    • Work closely with Company Leadership on workforce planning and talent needs to scale the business during its significant growth period
    • Spearhead and facilitate Internship Program, including but not limited to program description, structure and implementation, intern recruitment and selection, and overall coordination throughout program cycle
    • Provide advisement and coaching to Executive Team and Extended Leadership Team on company policies, federal and state laws requiring policy and procedure review and changes; Consult with Learfield IMG College Legal Team as needed
    • Consult with managers and staff on complex employee relations and grievance issues, conduct effective and thorough investigations, maintain documentation and make recommendations in response to management and staff concerns
    • Drive Annual Performance Review Process including project timeline and milestone tracking, roles and responsibilities, process, toolkit, training and project management until completion
    • Serve as a backup to Office Administrator during break time and vacations
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    The right candidate has

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field, or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum of three years’ experience in Human Resources, with specific experience in employee relations, performance management, recruitment and/or training and development.
    • Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
    • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
    • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to lead and work in an environment of constant change and pressure.
    • A high degree of integrity and trust in interpersonal interactions with ability to work with confidential information in a discreet manner
