    Learfield IMGC is looking for a graphic designer ready to expand their existing skills in graphic design. Responsible for interpreting the sales force needs and designing relevant solutions with high visual impact. S/he will work on a wide variety of projects alongside other designers and our sales force.


    • Develop graphics for a wide range of sales presentations, including but not limited to: stadium signage, logos, digital ads, invitations, presentation templates, brochures, print ads, mock-ups, etc.
    • Develop training, event and branding materials
    • Work with a wide range of media using graphic design software.
    • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts to support client needs.
    • Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
    • Complete reasonable revisions to the work if needed
    • Schedule project implementation and manage timelines
    • Adhere to brand/style guidelines for 200 colleges and universities
    • Complete graphic requests for the sales force and corporate staff (within a 72 hour minimum)
    • Collaborate with Events Director to develop signage, logos and invitations for Final Four, Game Day activations, conference tournaments, etc. 
    • Collaboration with Corporate staff in the development of training materials, industry-related print ads, holiday cards, etc.
    • Be able to manage multiple projects at a time.


    • Preferred BA degree from an accredited college university, preferably in graphic design
    • Minimum of 1-year graphic design experience
    • Must be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite applications including: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
    • Able to provide online or pdf portfolio of graphic design work
    • Design versatility and originality
    • Able to interact, communicate and present ideas
    • Experience in meeting deadlines and prioritizing projects
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Able to work independently and with a team
    • Motion graphics experience a plus
    • Ability to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
