    The Project Manager with Paciolan coordinates and monitors complex implementation projects across multiple genres from initiation through delivery. Serves as liaison between the company and client in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met. Ensures that projects are completed on schedule and within budgets. Accountable for the success of assigned projects and has the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.


    • Creates and executes project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs andrequirements.
    • Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
    • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
    • Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
    • Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
    • Prepares for engagement reviews.
    • Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
    • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
    • Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.
    • Holds regular status meetings with project team.
    • Keeps project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news.
    • Effectively communicates relevant project information to stakeholders.
    • Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
    • Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.

    Education & Training

    3+ years experience with software implementations. Core project management training a plus. Related Bachelor’s degree preferred.


    Specialized Knowledge & Skills

    • Operates under minimal supervision
    • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
    • Excellent professional and customer service skills a must.
    • Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills essential.

    50% travel required.
