The 3D modeler with Paciolan will model, texture, light, animate, and render 3D assets in 3D Studio Max using VRay. The models will be generated using site visit measurements, pictures and videos, blueprints, and models from other platforms such as AutoCAD and Revit. Tasks will be received from Seats3D Modeling team leads and Seats3D Project Managers and must be completed by predetermined deadlines.

The Manager – Partnership Services position will serve as the main liaison between clients, the university and the property sales team. This position will be actively involved in individual client development and overall property revenue generation strategy. This person will have a working knowledge of marketing, sports sponsorships and media, and a demonstrated ability to connect a client’s marketing/business goals with appropriate sponsorship opportunities and delivery.
The position will manage a Partnership Services team that consists of one (1) full-time coordinator and a minimum of two (2) student assistants.
